How do I build Floragato in Gen 9 Doubles? [closed]

Question

I've been wanting to make Floragato viable for a long time. I've been running Focus Sash Floragato with Petal Blizzard for STAB, Low Kick for heavyweights, Thunder Punch for paralysis, and U-Turn to switch back in while dealing damage, but it just doesn't seem to work, as he gets defeated quickly before he does anything. I know Meowscarada is an overall more viable option, but I prefer Floragato a bit more. I am using him with Incineroar and Pelipper, so how should I build him?
