What are all of the Non-Shiny-Locked Mystery Gift / Event Pokemon?

Question

I know there are a few in Gen 5 (Sceptile, Blaziken, etc.) that can be shiny hunted,

I've been searching for a while, and I can't find a fully comprehensive list of every Mystery Gift that could be a shiny - please include results like Egg Manaphy from Gen 4, etc.

I am unaware of any sceptile/Blaziken event in Gen 5, as they are not available via the DNS exploit.

Technically all mystery gifts in Gen 4 are shiny huntable by exploiting the Poketch in an incredibly specific and complex method outlined in this video:
