What is the highest level wild Pokémon you can find in each game?

Do you have to be able to catch the Pokémon? For example, I don't know if it's the only level 100 or if there are other instances like this, but in BDSP, there's the fight with the level 100 Shadow Giratina, but it's uncatchable. Does that count, or would the next highest level Pokemon that is actually catchable count (Arceus at level 70 I think)?

Only Pokemon that can be caught, also no legendary pokémon since they aren't wild pokémon.
