Go to pokemon mansion on the route to the south of hearthome city, and you will see a big house, enter it! once you enter, go to the right and enter the room which not closed by a woman with green dress (if I'm not mistaken) in that room, you will see mr backlots, and there's a book on the table which contain a picture of Manaphy! hope this usefull...
