What was/is the most recent way to obtain Manaphy?

2021 Edit: You can obtain one egg in BDSP for a limited time via Mystery Gift.

December 1, 2017 to April 30, 2018. That was the most recent way to obtain Manaphy IN THE US. Otherwise, from July 13 - 22 2018, you could get it in South Korea.

I've been looking for info on Manaphy since PLA came out, but I can't find definitive information. Can I get Manaphy on PLA, and can it transfer to BD/SP?
