Can we get normal Gible in Black 2?

In database page of gible, it says "Trade/migrate from another game" but we can get gible (shiny) in Black 2. But the question is can you breed it and get a normal gible? if you can, does that mean database page is wrong?

Yes, you can obtain the gift shiny Gible and breed it to get a regular Gible.
