What on Earth is a Revenankh?

I saw this thing show up when I was team building and I’m certain this thing is not a Pokemon. (Unless Gen 10 came out early and no one but showdown has updated for it). So what is this thing and why is it in the showdown team builder?

Revenankh was created for the CAP project. (create a Pokemon) Sadly Smogen seems to be in 2026 like the rest of us.
