Is there any Pokemon known as "the Spiky Pokemon"?

I’m making my own Pokemon region, and I can’t remember if there was already a Pokemon out there called The Spiky Pokemon. Could someone do some digging please?? Reddit was no help…

The closest matches in English are Rhyhorn (Spikes Pokémon) and Togepi (Spike Ball Pokémon). In Japanese, Rhyhorn's category translates to "Spiky Pokémon".

It isn't unheard of for unrelated Pokémon to share categories, however, so I wouldn't be too concerned about duplicates. For instance, there are multiple different species across different lines that are considered "Puppy Pokémon", "Mouse Pokémon", or "Fox Pokémon".
