Would Wake-Up Slap get a Technician boost if the opponent is sleeping?

I'm thinking about a technician Breloom with Spore, and STAB wake-up slap. Wake-up slap has a base power of 60, so it would get the technician boost normally. However, if the opponent is asleep, Wake-Up slap normally has double power. So would it get the boost? And if so, what would the base power be (both before and after accounting for STAB).

no unfortunately.since the moves power is immediately doubled when the opponent starts to sleep the power would be 120 before the technician is accounted for.
