Does fainting battle subway's pokemon raise EV?

No. Wi fi battles and Subway battles do not yield Exp or EVs.

In black & white, the nintendo people made it so that evs are given to pokemon when they earn exp. in the battle subway, your pokemon don't get exp for the sake of keeping levelled battles levelled & so your pokemon doesn't go from lv 79 or something to lv 51.
