Which Pokemon can learn both Stealth-rock and receycle that has plenty of bulk

Also what do you think of this strategy:

Red-card+Stealth-rock+Recycle=Pwnage?

is my math right:)

I am not saying this is fool proof I am aware this has plenty of counters.

Deoxys Defense Form can learn both Stealth Rock and Recycle and he is super bulky. Also Blissey and Mew can.

Deoxys Defense form can actually learn stealth rock AND spikes+recycle

As of Generation 9,

/nds stealth rock, recycle:
Arceus, Azelf, Baltoy, Blissey, Bronzong, Bronzor, Chansey, Claydol, Clefable, Clefairy, Deoxys, Jigglypuff, Jirachi, Kecleon, Lunatone, Mesprit, Mew, Necrozma, Palossand, Sandygast, Smeargle, Solrock, Stakataka, Uxie, Wigglytuff

Of these Pokémon, Arceus, Blissey, Deoxys Defense Form, and Stakataka are those with the most bulk.
