hyper cutter or sand veil for gliscor?

which one is used more by gliscor users and which is generally better on him? i dont have a sandstorm support so gliscors gonna have to use sandstorm if he has sand veil but my gliscor is adamant so i also dont want his attack to be lowered either...

if you have a pokemon like tyranitar or hippowdon that instantly starts up a sandstorm on your team, then sand veil is the way to go.

if you don't, then use hyper cutter, due to intimidate being the easiest ability to obtain on gyarados and salamence. and both of those pokemon are really popular.
