Modest Nature Jellicent

Question

My Jellicent has a Modest Nature (obviously).
Just double-checking, Modest raises Sp. Attack while decreasing its normal Attack, right?
Would that be a good Nature for it to have for Battle Subway/Wi-Fi Battles?

so overall yes modest is a good one with something like wide glassess boost up your attack more
