i want to trade my low level pokemon over to my diamond to get raised,but im wondering if when i trade it back,will it be considered a traded pokemon or still yours?

No it won't, that's a myth. I experimented on that with a Graveler (Golem).

It will not get added exp or act like a traded pokemon because the OT and id will match when the pokemon is traded back.
