Do wings raise happiness?

Do the various wings that can be found on the bridges in Black/White increase/raise happiness?

And NO not any of the Wings raise Happiness

Thank you for your quick response.  I did a little experimentation with them in the meanwhile though; as it turns out, they do raise happiness.  With a Soothe Bell attached, I used about 20 wings on a Buneary and it raised it from a rating of somewhere within 100-149 to 150-199.
