Are there any other places in B/W where you can use Dive aside from the Abyssal ruins?

I want to know if there are more places I can explore. Or did they really waste making Dive an HM in B/W?

(Although I came to realize that not many HM's were used just to progress through areas of the game at all)

hmm based from my own point of view... DIVE was created for us to use it in Abyssal ruins... nothing more nothing less... they shouldn't have deleted DIVE in HG/SS for i guess it would be useful it they add up some locations in HG/SS map...
