Where is a Trainer with Totodile in SoulSilver?

i have an action replay so i can catch it from a trainer so if there is where (or the second or third evolution)

If you don't want to risk screwing up your game you could get on chat and I could trade you a Totodile egg if you want.

If you want to steal a Totodile, Croconaw, or a Feraligatr then you could get a Cyndaquil for your starter and when you first battle your rival you could steal it then but I would recomend stealing it the second time because it might screw up your game if you do it to early.

You can go to a trainer in viridian city, and they will have a meganium, typhlosion, and feraligator.
