How can I get a totodile with sheer force in ORAS?

I am new to raising Pokemon and wanted to know how to get a totodile with sheer force, I read that you can only go through an event and wanted to know if there is another way to have this hidden ability?; (

You will have to trade for it.

The initial distribution event provided the player base with access to the Ability, but breeding has allowed Hidden Abilities to be spread around over time. Just keep looking for one, whether it be on a trading forum, message board, or chatroom, as Fizz suggests in their comment, or by continuing to perform Wonder Trades -- eventually you'll get one.
