Can I trade the Exclusive event Zekrom into Pokemon White to get the special C-gear skin?

My brother has pokemon black and I have pokemon white, can I get his event Zekrom from his game to trade it to white? Also, can I get the Zekrom C-gear that way?

you can trade it but you will not get the c gear so its basically just getting the pokemon
