Example: Toxicroak with Poison touch uses Ice-punch. Does Ice-punch still have a 10% chance of freezing the target as well as the 30% chance of poison? or does it only have the 30% Poison chance?
Yes, it still has the 10% chance of freezing, its just you would have to be extremely lucky to get a freeze. 9/10 Poison touch would have already poisoned the foe.
