Pokemon B/W special trades?

Question

Hey, I was wondering if there are any charecters in pokemon Black/White who will trade unique pokemon. For example, in Sinnoh there was a girl who trades you a chatot with the special move "chatter" which only he can learn. Are there any special trades like this in Unova?

You get a cottonee for petilil in white / get a petilil for cottonee in black (Nacrene city).
Red-Striped Basculin for Mincinno(Black)/Blue-Striped Basculin for Mincinno(White) (Driftveil City)
