Do berries confuse Pokemon with a neutral nature?

Question

You know how some berries cause confusion to a Pokemon that dislikes certain food which corresponds to its nature? Well, what happens with Pokemon with neutral natures, such as Hardy? For example, if I give a Figy Berry to a Pokemon with a Hardy nature, will it still becomes confused? Because technically it both likes and dislikes spicy food, right? Now I'm confused...

It will not confuse, it will raise happiness. Since it has neutral natures, it doesn't do anything but raise happiness.
