Where do I get Eevee in pokemon white?

Sorry, you can't get an Eevee in Black and White. The only games you can get it are:
FireRed & LeafGreen
Diamond & Pearl
Platium
HeartGold & SoulSilver

You can get it over GTS if you've seen it in your Pokedex before
