Where do I find lunatone in emerald?

Pokedex says location unkown, and it doesnt evolve, so I have nothing to work with same problem with surskit

It's not found in emerald, only in sapphire. (meteor falls) surskit has a newsflash Swarm in Routes 102, 114, 117, and 120

You have to trade for Lunatone. Surskit is a swarm Pokemon. When the TV is flashing it might say that Surskit are swarming on a route, so now you can catch them for that day on that route.
