Is there any way to make a good use of Truant?

Yeah.

• Entrainment. Nuff said.
• Stalling with Toxic / Trolling
• Using Skill Swap. Ruins OU Pokemon, makes you better.

There is.
Use Durant and pass Traunt to an opponent Pokemon via Entrainment. Then, switch to a Pokemon w/ Shadow Tag/Arena Trap. Set up, and Protect when they can attack. When you have +6, sweep. Look at: This.

You can use Entrainment to pass it to another Pokemon.

Entrainment can not be used ON a Pokemon with Truant, but Truant Pokemon can use it on OTHER Pokemon.
