When you breed a manapy with a manaphy will the egg be a manaphy?

I know the breeded one will turn into phione but what about the egg

No, Manaphy can't breed with Manaphy. The only thing you can do is breed Manaphy with Ditto to get a Phione (not another Manaphy).
