A question about battle subway pokemons in white

Okay i was playing the super multi train course in the battle subway in white.I saw some unseen pokemons such as swampert.typhlosion,etc which were not there in my pokedex.When i went to check on them in the dex they were not there.Someone please help!!

Pokemon you see on the Battle Subway do not count towards a view on the Pokedex. The same goes for the Battle Frontier.
