Where is the shiny leaf thing?

So I have a Typhlosion, my pride and joy. He's impish and I wanna get him the 5 leaves for pretty crown. My issue is I can't find any. I walked around an hour..

Here you can find what route you can best find the shiny leaf for you typhlosion or any other pokemon.Hes impish so Routes 1, 3, 5, 12, 18 31, 34, 47 will work best. But its not a for sure thing that you will get one.
