A Choice Specs set Magnezone can use in Gen 9 NU. Usually, Choice Specs Magnezone uses Magnet Pull to trap and eliminate Steel-types. However, this set is for NU. There are no Steel birds, metal bugs, iron spiky fruit things (Ferrothorn), moles with steel claws (Excadrill), etc etc. In NU, outside of opposing Magnezone, the Steel-types in NU are a pair of keys (Klefki), metal elephants (Copperajah) and dogs (Lucario), and umm, Regi thingy Registeel. This set uses Analytic to hit faster Pokemon harder and punish opposing Pokemon for switching in.
Thunderbolt is used for a consistent powerful STAB move, with resists even wanting to be careful since if they switch into Thunderbolt, you'll get hit with an Analytic boosted Thunderbolt. Flash Cannon is used for a Steel STAB that is useful to snipe Pokemon such as Krookodile, Rhyperior, Diancie, and Grass-types such as Tsareena, Vileplume, Venusuar, Brambleghast, and Brute Bonnet. Volt Switch is used to allow Magnezone to generate and keep up momentum, making it harder the opponent to pin down Magnezone since most Pokemon don't want to switch into Magnezone. Using the button that says Terastilze and Grass, Magnezone can turn into a Grass-type and eliminate Swampert, Quagsire, and Gastrodon with a fake Seed Flare. Timid Nature gives Magnezone some more speed, while Modest can be used instead for more power to make Magnezone's attacks more dangerous to switch into.
