Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

• Recover
• Ice Beam
• Thunderbolt
• Tri Attack

Max HP with Eviolite make it bulky, and Max SAtk helps it hit hard. Recover allows it to survive longer, therefore taking hits longer. Ice Beam forms the first part of the Bolt Beam coverage, and Thunderbolt finishes it off, providing some neutral coverage. Tri Attack is good STAB that has a chance to freeze, paralyze, or burn.

Another one is Rotom-W.

Rotom-W @ Choice Scarf

EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

• Volt Switch
• Hydro Pump
