No. Pokemon with Sturdy are completely immune to one-hit KO moves, including Guillotine.

If your opponent has an ability that disables the effects of abilities such as Mold Breaker, then Sturdy won't work, meaning your Pokemon could be knocked out.

It seems Gens 5+/6+ makes OHKO moves like hitting a Ghost Type Pokemon with a Normal type attack, so it does not break sturdy

Sturdy has been completely preventing OHKO moves ever since gen 3. Letting Pokemon survive with 1 HP is the new effect that was added in gen 5.
