Does the PU tier really exist?

Question

On Chat, they told me that PU is Pokemon that are in the NU tier but are Never Used in the NU tier. Is it an official tier and if so, can you give me a list or at least a link about this? No YouTube videos, please, I have watched them almost all. Thank you in advance!

PU is not an official Tier, but what people told you on chat was correct. PU is for Pokemon like Beedrill, who are severely outclassed at what it does. PU gives it an opportunity to shine.
