My Eevee won't invole into Leafeon

Question

I just got a Eevee and I want my evee to evole into Leafeon, but when I go to the soggy damp rock in Eterna Forest, Nothing happends HELP !

Does it have the Ever Stone on it? I've done that a lot.

Did you go to this rock?

If you did, you need to level it up one level. Then it will evolve.

Or you could have an everstone () on it. Everstones stop a Pokemon from evolving.

Yes that rock. My evee is lvl 56 No everstone. :/
