How to evolve Feebas in Soul Silver

I have just got a feebas from a friend and I want to evolve it into a Milotic, i know how evolve it in other games but in Soul Silver and Heart Gold it seems to be imposisble. I know you have to max the beauty and level it up. Please can some one tell me how to evolve Feebas on Soul Silver

No. You can evolve it in HG/SS too. U need 8 times massage feebas by Daisy Oak (Pallet Town). But you cant see beauty stat in HG/SS, so just remember how many times it was massaged already.
