What is a good Suicune counter?

Question

Requirements:

• Has to be able to play in the Smogon UU tier.
• I want a move set along with the Pokemon.

The Suicune set I'm wanting to counter is the Crocune or Rest-Talk Set found here.
Also, don't just tell me what they have as a counter on the Smogon site because I have already read that. -- Thanks! :7
