What is the fastest follow me user?

Its for triple battle combo i created

Follow me has priority +3 so it really does not matter.

But the fastest are Pachirisu (95), Lucario (90), Furret (90), and Togekiss (80)

Also Riolu gets Prankster so that adds 1 more Priority to it, making Riolu ALWAYS have the fastest follow me.
