Why is my Pokemon is to attched to a hm?

im trying to migrate to platinum before that i went to thr move deleter in lilycove city but he said it dont want to forget. what do i do?

Game is glitched.

Make sure when you're deleting the HM that you have another move on said pokemon so he can forget that move.

If he still can't, your game is screwed up.
