What Pokemon has the highest Attack in RU?

Im looking for a good physical sweeper

Archeops (140).
Escavalier (135) doesn't have a harmful ability though.
From NU though we get Rampardos (165), Slaking (160), and Regigigas (160). Slaking and Regigigas have harmful abilities though, Regi's lowering the attack for the first five turns.
Also from NU are Marowak and Pikachu, whose signature items double their Attack.
