For Pokemon Black and White, does the Languages have to be Japanese or not?

every time I see a video on you tube the lanqague is always Japenese or some of different saying does it have to be like that?

Black and White can be bought in Japanese and English. Black and White 2 are currently only out in Japan so it can only be in Japanese.
