Update:

Eternamax Eternatus has the new highest combined HP, Defense, and SpD, being at 255 HP and 250 defenses, adding up to a whopping 755 combined HP, SpD, and Def. However, it is unobtainable. This is followed by Blissey at a combined 400 total and Giratina-Altered and Lugia at 390.
