Fly to lavender town and go into the radio tower and talk to the man in the brown suit and hat and he will give you a radio then when you have the radio go back to the snorlax go on the radio and find pokemon flute music then talk to the snorlax and it will awake and battle you try to catch it because snorlax are epic.
