that pidgey goes to the 4th floor of wireless tower. when you reach the certain floor,you keep running at a strait line until you reach some yellow cables.you can either continue forward or go to the normal way. If you go forward you will reach a floor like the others, covered with a metal fence. the pidgey attacks you with 2 of its friends.capture it and go to the boy who lost his lunch.
