I'm designing a NU team, and I really want to use Electabuzz. I want to know if I gave it 252 speed, and choice scarf would Electro Ball do some damage?
Well it could work but it's not reliable which is why I personally would use thunderbolt. This is because it's not always reliable if a Pokemon has half the amount you have which will be around 230 which isn't big it is 60 base power so it's not reliable for taking out there key sweepers. Thunderbolt is consistent damage of a nice base power so I would use that. But by all means try electro ball out it could work for you.
