Does the "Acid Rain" glitch still work in genertion V games?

In the generation IV games (Diamond, Pearl, Platinum), there was a glitch where all weather conditions affect you if you do a specific thing in battle. Does this glitch still exist in the new games?

According to Bulbapedia the only glitch in Gen V is the Sky Drop Glitch.
