I have a oshawat and want to keep it as it is it's level 17 it knows water gun razor shell focus energy and water sport are the was to make it good in future levels (give evs and movesets if possible
Umm if your pokemon doesnt evolve in the games its pretty useless. The game is totally different from the anime. But to keep them from evolveing give it a everstone or keep pressing b when it tries to evolve.
You can give the Pokemon and everstone. It will never try to evolve as long as it is holding one. You can also just keep pressing B after every time it tries to evolve if you don't have access to an everstone.
