If you have a good competitive moveset for Espeon, post an answer below and upvote the best ones. Movesets for any of its pre-evolutions can also be shared on this thread.

Be sure to include full set details in your post, e.g. items, abilities, natures and EVs. Some detail, including the intended game mode for your set, is also appreciated. Access the full list of guidelines here.

Expeon Pokédex and learnset for reference.

Gen 9 NU Choice Specs

Espeon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Magic Bounce
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Expanding Force
- Alluring Voice
- Tera Blast
- Trick

Since Espeon has Expanding Force now, here is a Choice Specs set Espeon can use on Psychic Terrain teams in Gen 9 NU. Expanding Force is a powerful STAB move in Psychic Terrain, being a powerful move that not a lot of Pokemon want to switch into. Goodra, a Pokemon who has good special defense, gets 2HKOed by Specs Expanding Force in Psychic Terrain, even the Max HP Assault Vest sets (low) ladder likes to use on Goodra. Most resists can get 2HKOed by specs Expanding Force. Alluring Voice lets Espeon hit Dark-types such as Scrafty, Zoroark, Brute Bonnet, and Umbreon super effectively. Tera Blast Fighting gives Espeon a move to 2HKO Registeel and Copperajah, Pokemon who can switch into Expanding Force and Dazzling Gleam. Trick is used to cripple Espeon's checks such as Scream Tail, Umbreon, Overqwil and Registeel. In addition to give Espeon a move to hit Steel-types, Tera Fighting also gives Espeon a resist to Dark moves. This set must be paired with Indeedee-F in order to have a powerful Expanding Force.

Gen 9 NU 3 Attacks + Morning Sun

Espeon @ Eject Button
Ability: Magic Bounce
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psychic
- Alluring Voice
- Weather Ball
- Morning Sun

A 3 Attacks + Morning Sun set Espeon can use in Gen 9 NU. This set is used as a "pivot" for Sun teams since it has Eject Button as the item, meaning that if Sun is up, Espeon can be sent out, survive a random attack, and bring in a teammate that can abuse sun. This set can also take advantage of Sun. Espeon is nice for Sun teams as it can deter hazard setters from setting up hazards with Magic Bounce.

Psychic is used for the STAB move since this set isn't for Psychic Terrain. Alluring Voice is used for a coverage move to hit Dark-types such as Brute Bonnet, Grimmsnarl, and Umbreon. Since this set is used on Sun teams, Weather Ball becomes a Fire-type move in the Sun, allowing Espeon to hit Copperajah, Registeel, and Tera Steel Flygon super effectively. Morning Sun gives Espeon HP recovery, and heals more HP when the Sun is up. Tera Fairy is used to turn Espeon's Dark weakness into a resist while still resisting Fighting moves. Tera Fairy also boosts the power of Alluring Voice.

I would say:

Espeon w/ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Calm Nature
-Calm Mind
-Grass Knot
-Psychic
-Morning Sun

Calm Mind to raise Special Attack and Special Defense (Works well with the move Psychic)
Grass Knot helps with type coverage and heavy enemies.
Psychic for STAB. (When paired with Calm Mind it's better)
Morning Sun for HP recovery. Since this will have Leftovers, you will be able to recover most of your HP.

Calm Mind is not Focus Energy & if you use Trick Room then use it on a slower Pokemon at least
Oops, sorry!

Here's a better one than the one I made earlier:

Espeon @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 HP / 156 Def / 100 Spe
Calm Nature
- Calm Mind
- Stored Power
- Dazzling Gleam
- Baton Pass

So, Calm Mind is good to boost Stored Power and for Baton Passing.
Stored Power for STAB and because it gets boosted by Calm Mind
Dazzling Gleam, because it's a move that doesn't need to be boosted and for type coverage.
Baton Pass for after you use Calm Mind to hand your boosted stats to another Pokémon.
