Raise Speed and Lower Defense? For a Durant, unless this is in-game I wouldnt suggest Hasty. Try for a Defensive nature that lowers it Special Attack. But if you must stick with that I would suggest making a Physical sweeper: 252 Atk / 152 HP / 104 Spd.
