Can Pokemon hacked through AR be used in official Pokemon competitions?

I don't believe so; however with the ease of EV spreads and movesets requiring zero effort on PO and Showdown, i think they should extend the same luxury to DS users as long as the Abilities and Movesets are all legal. but obvious purists will object.

You can, as long as it isn't obvious that you hacked it(Such as catching it in a location where it can't be caught, LV it was caught, etc.). The same goes for Pokegened Pokes. You'll easily be caught if you have Pokes with Illegal Movesets/Abilities or Unreleased variants of those things.
