How to get other Pokemon that I can't find in Black?

I want to get all the Pokemon on my pokedex but I have no one to trade with. How can do that? Like Thundurus and Rufflet.

You can do 3 things.

• Hack.
• Trade.
• Use the GTS. (Which is trading worldwide)

So you can't really get the missing Pokemon beside hacking and trading.
