Is it possible to find other version pokemon?

Question

I have Black version and I need a Rufflet to complete my pokedex.This might also work for other versions like Diamond and Pearl,but can I find White only pokemon in the wild to complete a fraction of my National-dex.

You wont be able to find rufflet in black you will need someone with white to trade you one
